You can just go for walks, you won't get as intense of a workout, but it's way lighter on your joints and can be done safely in hot weather. A 1 hour walk burns 250-400 calories.

If you don't like that you can do air Squats as cardio, do like 500-1000 or just do them for 45 min to an hour.

If you need something more varied then just do a HIIT workout in your house, you don't even have to go that hard to get a good workout, just pick 4 multi joint movements and do 10 reps for each exercise and take 30 second breaks in between rounds.

Problem solved. You owe me $30.

Its about 90 here and I ride my bike pretty hard. The thing is trying to keep six feet of distance when the trail is only six feet wide and when you have to pass people.

Do you have a bike? Buy a bike or buy a stationary bike. Done, no more tears. You can even buy a bike and get a trainer to do spins on it. Knees are saved by cycling, and you can exercise indoors with an AC or a fan in your face. Or go bike outside and whiz by people and have wind to sustain you in 90 degree weather.

Bike is easy win.

I live in the country so I just run on the road. There's way less traffic than there used to be even for here, and the corn is now high enough that it no longer feels like the hills are watching me. I can just move my legs while listening to jpop in total peace.
