It's great. I suggest playing it without using guns. You can solve pretty much every mission just using your RC car and drone, except for a few of the final missions.

I'm playing it now and it's fun. I love stealthing through it.

Never tried it but its well-reviewed and apparently fixed many of the problems people had with the first game.

Surprisingly, its a game more closely related to BotW than other traditional Ubi games. What I mean is, the game starts with an open, yet generally unmarked map (minimal icons), but open exploration will dot the map with Deku Seed-style challenges to overcome for varying rewards. There is a difficulty curve involved here, so the player will find tougher challenges as they uncover more areas, which is nice.
As for the story/premise, you essentially play as hacker superheroes, exposing and fucking with horrible people using your hacker skills. Hacktivists is a word Ive seen thrown around. Very fun and very cool, especially if you like to see the characters nerding out. There's even an entire like...3 minute long argument about Alien vs Predator. It's great.
