To break it down what is going on -

1) Batman loses, and the Joker Wins (for now)
2) Batman loses all his assets to the Joker, and his Bruce Wayne Persona is now under criminal investigation because of his offshore accounts.
3) Catwoman almost dies
4) Harley Quinn's fate is unknown
5) All of Batman's villains are riding out the storm because they know what is about to happen to Gotham.
6) Batman decides he has to become better, and he may end shaking away some of his old principles (he may end up becoming more brutal than before).
7) Batman will now have to rely on his skills alone without all his gadgets and cars.

Main Universe Joker looks like he is done playing around with the Batman at this point.
