my house is right next to a parking lot for a park that i live near, and i get people sitting there blasting music, setting off fireworks, yelling, etc. i fucking hate it, because the area's actually really nice and secluded, but people know there's this hidden little parking lot to do whatever, and all i can do is try and tune it out, because i'm not fucking dumb enough to go out there and ask them to leave when they'll just see me as some asshole who wants to fight. i've never called cops on anyone, but i'd do that 10 times if i had to before i'd make a target out of myself once

She literally gave the cops all the info and they didn't do shit.

Anyway what if the police was called on scene and the suspects didn't want to comply, let the police take their goodies or haul them in?

I think the NYPD is purposefully performing poorly (even more so than normal, mind you) because of mayor DeBlasio's response to the BLM movement and anti police rhetoric.
