I chose deny, there are times in shop that they sell a expensive product and a cheap product and sometimes the cheap product is superior in quality and quantity. Sometimes what we are paying is for the brand name and not the quality of the product.

Sometimes the expensive product has inferior quality and the quantity is less than the cheap brand.

Generally true for cheap products, generally not true for very expensive ones.

Deny, you generally get ripped off. And you generally get ripped off less for less money.

I put deny. I feel like you've got to get lucky either way. For example, you can go to the best school but you'll generally receive the same education, it really comes down to you. On the other hand, I dropped 1.2k on my laptop in 2014 and it's been an amazing investment. However, I dropped $700 on an LG v10 in 2015 and it broke in 3 years. I've had beater cars with 140k miles that I was able to sell after using them for years, upgraded to a newer model 2012 and the transmission blew before 75k miles. I bought $80 headphones and they were awful. However, the magic bullet blender I spent $80 on is amazing.

I will say this, when it comes to shoes, more specifically gym shoes, there does seem to be some truth about money getting you quality, especially if you use those shoes only for exercising, a good pair of Nike cross trainers will last you a decade and cost $150, so you're talking $15 per year on gym shoes, not bad. I assume this applies to work boots, hiking shoes, a good pair of dress shoes. Definitely don't skimp out on shoes.
