So anyway Ive got a 12-page paper to write. It was due back in April but Ive really got to finish it by Saturday or I fail the class. And Ive got to get a B or I effectively fail the class.

i guess failing wouldnt be the worst since it wont affect my GPA or anything, but I would have to repeat it before graduation and that would cost almost $2000 that I dont have.

What is the paper on? Do you have a template you use from other papers already?

Do you need a certain number of references?

IF so, look up a few articles on the subject of the paper, till you find some references you like (that are semi relivant) then write the paper around them.

Shouldn't take more than a few hours that way.

Climate policies in different cities around Texas. No template, but I have an idea of how my paper will be structured.

No set number of references needed (that seems weird?). Just need to make a good paper, so you know, a few. Most will be from local government websites, I imagine.

Not sure where you are in education, I was getting my masters in education when last writing papers so we had to use APA formatting (hence the templates), and yeah references were always required (and you had to follow a specific format at the bottom of the paper listing them).

So I would determine what the subject of my paper would be, look up professional references (had to be from certain sources/published etc), and then once I had the 10 or so, I would write a paper around it. Usually took me a few hours or so.

Graduated with a 3.97 GPA, but I was VERY tired of writing papers by the end.

I don't think that level was required for my AA (got that so long ago it's hard to remember), but it was for my BA in communications.

Anyway if you don't have a set number of references it should be pretty much cake to pound that out:) If you want someone to look it over let me know. I don't have access to the programs I used to use to check grammar/spellig etc anymore though. I'd try and find one if you can (if your going to an online college they usually have them for students) as that can avoid losing any points for such errors. Also always proof-read your own paper twice, and not back to back (so your more likely to notice something you missed the first time).

This is the only professor I have that still has page requirements. Ive had her for two semesters, and theyre always a kind of odd number, like 12 or 18 or 7. idk.

On the bright side my research is going pretty well. Id like to keep it going throughout the regular semester, but I dont know if I can actually handle school, work, and research, while still having time to not have my brain explode.

this is a repeating pattern for sure, but I only finish on time maaayyybe half the time. This current assignment was due in April, and I can remember a few others that were days/weeks late. Last Fall I overslept my final and failed the class <_< (my prof felt bad so I was able to pass through extra credit luckily)

and grades havent been too hot either tbh. I was in academic probation this last semester, and if it wasnt for covid and my department going to a pass/fail grading system, I might have gotten booted from my program.

grad school was a mistake but Im in too deep to not keep going. Unfortunately I also hate it so much I have no motivation to keep going.
