I don't know the huge differences between Republicans and Democrats when it comes to managing funds or their foreign relations, but the Republican party has the foul stench of racist and discriminatory groups that they don't seem to put effort into distancing themselves from. We could also talk about Chicago and LA all day, but states like Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama have large black populations are usually at the bottom tier when it comes to education and health.
