My unemployment is direct deposited into my bank account. Its been consistantly dropping on wednesdays since I started certifying weekly.

It goes to a Bank of America account, which you can transfer directly to your bank account. The unemployment card is only needed to login to your account.

I have bank of american but when i checked claim inquiry it said paid but the payment is neither in my bank account nor the unemployment card. Does it take a couple days to show the balance ? Status also says payment to DC

It goes to a EDD Bank of America account, which you need the BOA card EDD mailed to you to login to. Fund usually takes 1-2 days after the EDD site say payment paid. This is for CA btw, not sure about other states.

No, the EDD account is a totally seperate account with seperate login. You will need the EDD card to access it. Afterward you login, you can transfer the fund from the EDD BOA account to your personal BOA account. Takes only a day for funds to transfer.
