Black Hawk was the name of a famous Indian Chief who sided with the British in the War of 1812 in an attempt to reclaim their land. It's not derogatory at all.

Redskins is drastically more racist than anything else in sports. Indians are the only things that come close and even then its not necessarily racist. Redskin is literally a slur.
