I used to have probably a 16 oz cup most workdays, and it was nice, but nothing special.
Now I make a conscious effort to have it only 2-3 times in a full week and often go weeks without. Now whenever I have it, it feels like a real boost - energy and mood wise! It also makes me think of my sister who had probably at least 24oz everyday until the doctors told her it was causing her palpitation problems >_> --- "Or do you want to know more about my vagina?" *LIE* "No" ... ive been a daily coffee drinker since like 25ish years ago lol.

I usually drink a cup worth 5-6 days a week. It's free here at my job otherwise I rarely go out of my way to get some. At home I stick with green tea.
