Minced beef stew with couscous and yoghurt. So fucking tasty.

It has:
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Chili
Red bell pepper
Beef
Cumin
Paprika powder
Cinnamon
Dried apricots
Canned cherry tomatoes
Vegtable stock
Honey
Salt and pepper

I added okra and some champange vinegar to balance out the sweetness.

Yoghurt has honey salt and pepper in it.

So fucking tasty

The flavor was great. Sweet and spicy, with nice pops of acidity from the tomatoes. I had more chili than the recipe said so it was quite hot but the yoghurt balanced it.
