Eh, depending on how long you've been at it, it might result in worse things. I knew a guy who had been smoking for at least 40 years. He quit for his grandkids that were on the way, but his body had a violent reaction to it. Like an earthquake on his skin, deep, red cracks that looked like they should be erupting with blood.
