Where your instincts were telling you something that didn't make the most logical sense but something felt weird or wrong with the logical way?

When I was 11 years old we were visiting a family member in a hospital. When we were leaving it was night time and raining, and we were going to take the longer but safer way home. There were back roads that you could take but they were more winding. Despite that I had a bad feeling about taking the long way home. Despite my arguing it, we still took the long way home.

We got rear ended by someone who was going too fast and lost control in the rain. Wound up going to a chiropractor for a few months as a result.

I knew to trust my instincts in that moment but I was just a kid lol

Patient with preeclampsia ended up developing a pulmonary embolism but the presentation was a little atypical. I begged my attending to get a CT angio and she ended up being positive. Inadvertently saved her life, and a major lawsuit

A girl I haven't talked to since high school hit me up out of the blue to go out with her. We ended up at her place and we made out but it never went past that, I kept thinking "I don't want sex" and it was the only night we hung out. Couple months later she's settled with another guy and very pregnant, I think damn she moved fast and must have gotten the nut from him right after I didn't fuck her. She had the kid and years after it's found out the baby isn't his.

So she was already pregnant the night we hooked up and was looking to tie a guy down ASAP with a kid that isn't his. Could've been me but thankfully we didn't fuck that night.

The night I got kidnapped/robbed at gunpoint. The way the guys outside the cinema kept offering us to "hold" this $20 if we took them to the gas station down the road to meet their friends was really off-putting, plus the idea that they had to go to the gas station instead of their friends coming to the cinema that is a minute away was also really strange.

I was too naive back then though, had a few opportunities to try to speak out - the bar a couple hundred meters away was still open and a security guard drove close by once - but I didn't do anything -_-
