Was just thinking about this while shopping for luigi's mansion 3. I've only recently gotten a switch, and been out of the nintendo loop for so long (10 years) that I don't know how they've handled the advent of online, DLC, sales, and all that stuff that's on the other systems.

They have a couple sales each year where their big titles drop to $40, but that's about it.

I still find it weird that so many other AAA games drop so much in price a month or two later.
