Our interpretation of color is a pretty narrow band of the electromagnetic spectrum. And were also looking at something thats been filtered through an atmosphere and whatever the fuck else is in space between us and the sun. The sun is white. It looks yellow because of the atmosphere.

Just think about it, we wouldn't have any race issues if the damn sun wasn't so bright and emitted all that UV. I bet life around a brown dwarf star would be peaceful.
