Only time will tell with how far they decide to take this, if any past the crimes act. As the same technicality in the contract they used to win this decision can apply to numerous other state contracts also. Along with lands with no contract at all.....

No. The ruling establishes jurisdiction. It doesn't change land ownership.

It is a narrow focus ruling on criminal cases involving some specific people in specific parts of Oklahoma. It muddles up some cases in Oklahoma courts, but it only directly impacts a handful of people in the state. Aside from handwringing on Fox, the vast majority of people wouldn't notice any difference.
