If you've been following the news, the new national security law in HK has some seriously vague ass details.
However, one statement in particular states that the law applies also to NON-permanent residents of Hong Kong...meaning well, practically EVERYONE on earth. Yes, even an American or an Australian or some guy in the middle of a desert. China now has the authority to just arrest you. Considering TikTok is an example of them collecting people's info. They probably do have "agents" planted in every country that have dual citizenship with China and x country. They have your addresses, there's theoretically nothing stopping them from coming to your house, arresting you and trafficking you if they want.
