Nothing he was convicted of, anyway. Perhaps he did deliberately use a counterfeit bill. Perhaps he didn't. It's impossible to know now, thanks to his murderer, and since due process demands he be considered innocent until proven guilty, we have no choice but to consider him innocent.

It'll all come out on trial though.

There would have to be a portion of the trial which relates to the circumstances of the cops intersecting with Floyd. If someone did report counterfeit money, the testimony of those who filed the complaint would have to be admitted as evidence to prove Floyd wasn't arbitrarily chosen. Floyd's drug habits would also be entered into question, if the cops state they were in fear of drug induced psychosis, which would make Floyd potentially more violent to manage for an arrest.

...besides all that, the TLDR of it is, that there is going to be a part of the trial where Floyd is going to have to be held accountable for who he is, whether it's for the prosecution or the defense.

And because of the high political charge around this case, the funeral I linked above was probably created to make Floyd into the saint they want him to be, so during the trial they can say St.Floyd was didn't du anything wrong...

Yes.... so when the complaint about the counterfeit money happened, and found out it was Floyd; that's when the cops knew where to go....this isn't rocket science.

And no, Secret Service doesn't do broad enforcement like the police. If there is a suspicion of low-level fraud like a counterfeit bill, the cops can seize the evidence and the suspect and turn him over to the Secret Service AFTER for investigation.

I have no problem with the cop being charged as I do think there was quite possibly some malicious intent involved and not just reckless stupidity and i also believe that restraining him with his knee was a contributing factor. But i also do think its possible that someone high as a fucking kite could panic themselves into cardiac arrest (especially if they aren't healthy to begin with) whether there is a medical term for that or not. Probably why he was saying he couldn't feel his face. I've never done meth or pcp but coke can make your face numb
