So when are we going to allow employers to refuse to offer psychiatric meds on their plans because they don't believe in depression or anxiety as illnesses?

Some people already have to pay for separate plans through their insurance if they want contraceptive coverage. It's bullshit.

The decision was 7-2 so I have to assume there was some legal basis to it, perhaps the law just wasnt written in a way that protected womens rights
