The dude is constantly changing how he wants their company to operate, moving people between their warehouse and their store, there's a ton of turnover, hires people and fires them after 2 months, commissions fake reviews, etc... But then he also hangs on to employees like one dude who crashed one of their commercial trucks (without a CDL) on 2 separate occasions lol.

She's been working there for over 4 years now and is probably one of the longest-lasting employees they've had (the company isn't very old), since their creative department slowly all quit. As people left, he just transfers their duties to other employees, like my wife. She was originally hired as a writer, but then ended up responsible for graphic design and website management, then she was put in charge of social media and marketing stuff like e-mails. Then they decided to focus less on social media and blog stuff, so she was taken off of all that, still has to do their e-mails but then was put on the customer service team. So she's basically worked like 4 different jobs there at this point.

He also has a habit of randomly asking her to work more hours, and she always freaks out because she assumes they want to fire her/force her to quit. But nah, nothing ever comes of it. The last time it happened, she psyched herself up and was anxious all day, said she still can't, and he replied to her e-mail with "kk" lol.

Ay-ay-ayyy... Sorry, I know, /blogfaqs. But had to vent.
