Lol I mean, they apply for these loans through their bank and they put hard numbers into the calculation. I have heard of some absurdly small loans, and the ones I know of are companies whose payroll is practically nonexistent. And that's the whole point of the PPP loan - to protect payroll.
And I heard today that there's $130 billion left in the plan, so it's not like big companies are getting these loans in favor of small ones.
