A metaphor is a type of literary device to make a comparison between two things. For example... Her breath was so bad you'd think she just ate out a horse's ass. (This might actually fall under another type of comparison I can't remember. I know there are similes, which use like or as in there comparison and there are metaphors which don't. If there is another type of comparison I am missing I'm sure I'll be corrected.)

Actually thinking about it what I said wasn't really a metaphor either. That was being descriptive not comparing. Give me a few minutes to try and make that into a metaphor for you.

It wouldn't really be symbolic either as it was a literal noose. I think what you are looking for is malicious. If the noose was put up intentionally to send a message to the driver it would have been malicious, if someone just happened to tie that noose for whatever reason and he ended up getting that stall by coincidence it would have just been a very unfortunate coincidence.

The whole reason that Trump has faced massive criticism has been solved in this topic.

We've all agreed there was a noose in a garage. A crew member (not Bubba Wallace at all) reported it in and an investigation ensued. They found out there was no actual proof of foul play, but just a mild misunderstanding (an understandable one given the fact that if it was foul play it would be a much bigger issue)

So why in the hell would the president think it's a good idea to publicly call out Bubba Wallace as if he did anything wrong here? He didn't report it in, he was just going off of the information given to him before the investigation was wrapped up. After it did wrap up he said he was glad it wasn't a racial issue and was proud of the way everyone showed unity during the moments where it was a possible hate crime. Nothing wrong with that.

That's where the absolutely fair criticism comes into play and it's shocking that anyone on Trump's side of things doesn't understand how bad of a person it makes him look. For someone who claims fake news at any negatively press waved his way he doesn't even bother to get any details on a situation and instead riles his base up to attack a man that did nothing wrong.

To be fair, mods moderate you when you post "context" for repeating the violation.

Even if the moderated post was like "I think GTA4 was a bad game."

It's one of the ways mods bully people, especially now with the new rules where bullying is more prevalant than ever on this site.

I've had flat out facts been moderated, let alone opinions.
