One major reason the scientist think they witholding it is it will scare people. Feels like March again with this part of article. He said WHO is worried about giving advice that people, especially health care workers in low-resource settings, cannot follow. People knew universal mask wearing stopped the spread but the CDC at one point said only health care workers should wear them. Right now average folk can go oh I know this but CDC/WHO haven't confirmed it. The virus can float right in if youre unprotected with eye gear. You should at least wear sunglasses with your masks. --- My luck works best when things are... random.
