I think the laptop may need to specifically have that feature, and I don't think many do.

Yeah, it's tough to do with laptops just because they aren't really made for that. It's possible there is a program for it...but it would be niche.

if you have an expansion slot for some kind of PCI card that allows video in and a program that can decode incoming video signal... sure
