It was a pain dealing with any issues. One time Amazon shipped me something broken. They said they would pay for a box and send it to me to ship back (for free) and give a replacement. I told them that I working nights and didn't have time to run to the post office. They sent a UPS driver to my house to pack and pick up my package. For free. Even to this day people still think Ebay is just an auction site, where a huge portion of it is products you can just purchase at a set price and have it shipped, just like Amazon. I haven't bid on Ebay in years but have made hundreds of purchases.
