It's a creative job and my job is decidedly not so I'm not sure what I would improve except my pitch skills if they give feedback on that. For every job I've ever tried to get, I applied before reaching out because that's what you're supposed to do. I did that once here and my manager emailed me about it because our system sends them a message whenever we apply. That creeped me out. Apparently here you're supposed to email the hiring manager first. Turtlebread posted... its better to just not try I have yet to see where this isn't true. My whole life has been a painful disappointment and it would be easier if I tried at nothing. and yet... I yearn!
