I was thinking that an occurrence at that age is much different than when one is older myself. (Keep in mind what follows is of course if this is true.) But she has every right to talk about it, and of course she's going to see him as a villain. That's natural. It's messy and complicated, and I think the responsibility is on people engaging with this information to realize he was a literal child and not on her with her being the victim of sexual assault. Now knowing people as a whole, weighing in his being a literal child probably won't happen so much. But we shouldn't excuse mob mentality by blaming the victim. Of course also this hinges on it being behavior that didn't occur later in life as well. To be clear, I'm not saying it was. I kind of wonder wtf was going on with him to do something like that. It doesn't seem like something a child would be inclined to do with no outside influence or mental issues...
