The eldest child is heir to the throne.

My grandfather passed, making my oldest uncle the current king, and his daughter(my cousin) is heir. Even if they both died, my other cousin would be king, if he died it would be my second oldest uncle and he has two children and two grandchildren. Im very far from the throne. My dad would be a prince, I guess Im a Duke?

That's not how dukes work. A duke is not in line for the throne unless he happens to be related to the king, its own separate title.

Anyway, my dad's king, i'm his heir.

Line of succession is the term for how a person gains the throne. .

Generally it passes from the monarch to the monarch's children. If there are no living heirs when the monarch dies, you go to the siblings instead, and then down to their children. If you run out of siblings, you start going to cousins, until you find someone.

In reality though it goes to whoever's got more supporters, military might and wealth and is willing to fight for it.

Judging from how I play Crusader Kings 2, you're a nobody whose only value comes from being in the same dynasty as the king and thus is kept around in the court only for breeding purposes and expanding the family.

Don't worry, you won't be killed as long as you don't try anything uppity. Don't mind the ever-present eyes of the spymaster on you, that's normal. Just lounge about with nothing to do and no ambitions, and you'll be fine.

Who knows, if you're lucky, you might probably get shipped off to some backwater fief in a political marriage to appease some Countess of Bumf***. Or, once your weak claim to the throne dies with you, your kid might get a dukedom or even a faraway Crusader kingdom of his own. If he's lucky enough to be noticed among the dozens of cousins that is.

But yeah, you're gonna die a title-less nobody, destined to never accomplish anything that would be remembered by history.

Second in line. My Grandfather is still living and my Father is the oldest child, so he would be first in line. I'm the older one between my brother and I, so I would be next.

Depends if absolute primogeniture or male primogeniture or if operating under Salic law.

No problem. The answer to where your stand basically depend on who's alive and how many siblings your grandfather has and the order they were born in.
Is your dad's father (aka the king you descend from) still alive?
Is your dad still alive?
How many siblings do you have?
Are you the oldest?
How many aunts/uncles do you have?
Who's the oldest between your aunts/uncles and your dad?
Do they have kids?
Do their kids have kids?

Hypothetically, if there's a great aunt or uncle in the picture they would inherit assuming all of your father, aunts, uncles and cousins died, but at that point your family is so weak you'll probably be taken out by your political rivals anyway.
