I get this ear infection every year, and every year the doctor prescribes anitbiotics. Maybe even the same one, I don't know.

But I gotta go spend a whole month sitting in the waiting room and a whole nother month sitting in an exam room to see the doctor for 16 seconds and get the stupid piece of paper saying I can get some antibiotics.

More to the point I just wish I could cut them out of the equation and just get what I know they're going to prescribe.

Yeah thats how it goes. The only time I ever go to a Dr is for a sinus infection. I get them yearly almost and its the same business. Antibiotic but gotta go to the office for the 1 min it takes to diagnose or tell him thats what i think

Well, the appointment is scheduled for tomorrow at 1:30 and I will arrive around 1:15. I will sit in the waiting room until late July and then sit in the exam room until probably early September.

Exactly this. Its why antibiotic resistance and MRSA, VRE, and other nasty superbugs are running rampant in countries like Mexico. You can buy 500 pills of amoxicillin without a prescription over there, its a total breeding ground for horrible bacteria.

Oh you are exaggerating. Now it makes sense. It does take forever sitting in Urgent Care unless you go first thing in the morning. Even then its hours
