I gave up and order a new one for $100 -_-

Once side slowly deflates and the water starts coming out. It's a rectangular shape.

Poke it with a pin. Wherever you just poked is where the pin hole is at.

I might inflat it again on Wed since I might get off work early that day and try the soapy trick otherwise Thurs it's going for recycling.

Do much Dawn dishsoap should I squirt in? I don't want to many bubbles.

you make a soapy water solution, and you drizzle it around where you suspect the leak is. you want it pretty viscus, and you can probably apply it with a spray bottle.

I don't wanna constantly keep blowing it up and putting in new water. It lasts about 3-4 hours before it's almost drained. I'd like the water to stay in there for about 2 days before I change it for the kids.

The soapy water trick works well. I've used it for finding holes in my bike tires inner tube.

Wow that's a fucking project -_- I'll try it on Wed if not I'm tossing it. If it works I'll keep that pool as a backup then.

If I find the hole can I apply some caulking around the area?

Basically just fill a bucket with soapy water and start wiping the suspected area(after inflation) with a sponge or rag. You'll see bubbles appearing eventually. shouldn't take any longer than an hour or so.

i dont think that would work, but i'm not sure. would be simpler to just get a bike tire patch i'd think.

Wow this is turning into a career. If I find the goddamn hole I'll see if I can find the bike patch in my area and if doesn't work I'm done. I got better shit to spend money on. The other pool is already ordered I'm not cancelling it now.

You can also use a paintbrush. Thats what I use when I buy a new tank of propane.
