I don't like double cheddar as a top layer for baked spaghetti. And then you... put them in the oven and make them hard and crunchy again? WTF? You layer different flavours on top of the spaghetti. It creates a different texture and consistency. It's wonderful. Think of it like lasagna, but less effort.
