Lately, I run into these moments where I hit a wall and it feels like Im trying to remember what I was just thinking about while at the same time losing even more of the thoughts I still had concerning the subject. It doesn't bold well for my future. I'm gonna lose it super early, if I get old.

It really makes me wonder what it's like to have the mind of a cat or bird or something like that.

It really makes me wonder what it's like to have the mind of a cat or bird or something like that. I like to project onto wild animals and insects. It's just more fun to pretend they are in the know. If it's my pet or a friends pet, I like to actually learn their unique personalities tho. If it's like a beatle on a leaf I'll just be "Oh damn, didn't see you there chillin. Im just gonna move you over here out the way"....I might be lonely. --- Name checks out "Stupidity is a spectrum, and we're all on it" - OfDustandBone ... Copied to Clipboard!

lol I like the turn that post took.
But I know these animals are feeling real emotions. But what do they "think" when they see somebody they like? I just find that interesting. Or whales. Since learning more about them I've started to believe they are sentient, but with a fundamentally different perspective on existence and the world. What is it like to be sentient, but not at all human? It's interesting. --- <insert sig here> ... Copied to Clipboard!

I get stuck on a world probably once or twice a day, and a good 50% or so of the time I end up having to just describe it. My friends used to make fun of me because of this time we were at GameStop and there was a Luigi plushie and I couldn't remember the word for it so I called out "Dude, a Luigi... soft action figure." --- 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 53 ... This happens to me all the time thanks to ADD. At a certain point you learn to just let these things go. Haha. I relate to all that. Luckily most my people do the same so we either help each other out or giggle about it. Masking it with a sense of humor definitely helps. But I could definitely never be a public speaker because of it. You mix enough social anxiety in there and it's a wrap for me. I've had times where I just tapped out of talking all together. Again, people around me usually just giggle and move on. --- Name checks out "Stupidity is a spectrum, and we're all on it" - OfDustandBone ... Copied to Clipboard!
