It's like they figured "if we make a laptop that looks and feels like a MacBook, we can make it cost as much as a MacBook"

I got this Blade 15 w/ RTX 2080 on sale for $2,200 (normally $3,000) and even that felt like it was a significant markup.

I do love the 240 Hz screen, though.

Razer looked at Apple, then they told Microsoft, "Hold my Drink".

Microsoft was like "Good Idea!", and made Nice LapTops that had even less in them, but charged more relative to it's intended competition.

Yup, they learned from the best.

They saw Apple & Razer, then said I want a piece of that.

While their Surface line has the best / most accurate display of any mobile device, it's fairly expensive too!

Unlike Apple though, Razer is apparently notorious for having poor quality control/reliability. I was in the market for getting a new gaming laptop and I was seriously considering getting a Razer but just couldnt stomach spending over $2000-$3000 knowing the laptop will have a good chance of crapping out after a year or two (usually around when the warranty expires). Went with an Eluktronics Mech-15. Still waiting for them to ship it out but oh man I cant wait to test out all my current games on ultra settings.

I'm done with Razer, I've had several bad experiences with them, so I don't care to go back.
