His explanation to me was that she wanted him to be something he wasnt, and that he was okay with accepting that. He did eventually quit drinking after a third DUI, a stint in jail, and losing his job. Wanting others to suffer from the same things that you struggle with, the verdict is still out of that one. I'd never tell someone to deal with there problems with opioids. Especially not as the very first suggestion.
