The third most common pronunciation, in my experience, is just someone completely butchering it, which would fall under #6. 3, 4, and 5 could probably be combined, just depends on how fast you say it and your accent. The difference between those and #2 is that #2 really emphasizes the TOO-la. I had to remake this poll because it wouldn't print schwas.
