The initial dose is usually done around 150-200mg, but everyone reacts differently, and it's very unlikely to inject a second dose on the field rather than in the hospital. It's also really ridiculous to use ketamine in this case because the agitation was all a result of how the police was holding the kid. These types of holds are not comfortable at all and it makes your body react. None of this was necessary. Heres an idea for a de-escalation tactic: try to listen to what the person/suspect is telling you, instead of ignoring them, talking over them, making assumptions, or just outright skipping all that and going straight to violence. Whether he was suspicious or not, they had no reason to touch him. He no sooner got the earbuds out of his ears/tried to turn his music off, that they grabbed him and were trying to restrain him in place. If 2 cop cars pull up on anyone, and they just walk up and grab you while youre minding your business, the reaction is going to be anger and surprise, telling them to get the fuck off.
