He's in your home. He looks disheveled/panicky/sweaty, all the vases/plates/glass look like they are antique valuables of cultural significance and they are stacked precariously.

He then holds his hands out and goes "I'm not looking for trouble."

How do you react?
What do you do?

Go home, Wesley.
I was raised in the Bronx. This is something you wouldn't understand.

I get 10-15 of my strongest friends to rush him one at a time in order to let him know he's trespassing.

Grab the most valuable vase and run with it before the bad guys arrive.

It's one of those "Not one specific movies but also kinda all of them" things.

Jackie Chan has a trope of not wanting to fight and having fight scenes where he is protecting something/someone.

They even made fun of it in Shanghai Knights when there's a reversal scene when Jackie Chan is the one trying to smash things and the goons are the ones having to catch everything

So he does use the "I don't want any trouble" line in multiple films, like a catchphrase?

The only martial arts movie I've seen is Ip Man 4 lol

I think the only time he flat out said the words "I don't want trouble!" was in Rush Hour.

But the sentiment of trying to panicky talk down on fights and calm people down is like all of his movies lol

Jackie's martial arts (not always but often) is different in that in most of his movies he's fighting like 2-7 guys and getting his ass kicked, just about surviving through luck and gumption.

Where as guys like Bruce Lee just beat 15 people at once with ease.

That's why Jackie is so popular. Despite his immense amount of talent he's still relatable in movies as a character

Also very environmental. Punches and kicks are all well and good, but environmental improv is always entertaining, and it really sells the underdog flow of the fight because it gives the impression that he's doing everything he can to hold out and win.

Casually push over the closest stack of stuff like a cat in hopes of a domino effect. Probably start filming it too.
