She has no reason to lie. She's an Injeeli Egyptian woman living in Egypt. She herself says that she is part Black but also part mixed with invaders. She says the original Egyptians were Black and that the current nation today is mixed with Blacks and people who were from other nations who invaded and eventually settled with the populace. She also disagrees with the way the current government is run because she feels it tries to hide its Black African roots and that the people today have a Eurocentric anti Black mindset. (Injeeli is an Arabic term for one who studies the Gospel/Scripture.
