I like that the comic is covering exactly what happens next after kuvira surrendered, because that could be an entire arc all itself.

Also The fact that the villain is another psycho like her, that makes sense that there would be many of them in her army.

Ooh, this comic's a lot better than turf wars. I'm on the edge of my seat with this one

I like how it shows a much further established relationship between Korra and Asami. I also prefer the art style since it's more in line with the series.

They did it in turf wars, and it was okay, but ruins of an Empire is so much more thrilling and giving me higher stakes to look forward to since it's the entire earth kingdom, while turf wars was just republic city which I've never really liked (it's too similar to our world)

Right now this new evil guy, comander guan, actually brainwashed Asami, Mako and bolin! And he's gonna do the same to the earth king! I hate brainwashing so much but still want to see what happens next

Well just finished it. Surprised so many on reddit hate it, I thought it was an interesting story line.

I won't deny that there aren't lingering questions I have
