An upcoming film titled "Cracka" will depict an alternate history in which black people ENSLAVED Whites in early America!!

Director Dale Resteghini released the trailer for the independently funded film stating the film will be for purchase on Amazon Prime and Itunes to name a few.

The trailer shows a white man with neo-nazi tats being transported back in time to a version of America where he is enslaved by black people

Title reads "You took our breath away, what if we took yours. You raped our daughters, what if we raped yours? You stole our freedom, now we steal yours"

The white neo-Nazi "protagonist" if you want to call it that, is seen being subjected to brutal treatment at the ahdns of black slaveholders.

White people were seen being treated the same way as blacks in the Early Americas including lynching!!

The lead role is played by Lornezo Antonucci, who playsa white a supremacist and had roles on Days of our Lives and an extra on Game of Thrones

Other cast members include Hakeen Kae-Kazim (Hotel Rwanda), rapper Saigon and Kathryn Kates and James Darnell

Saigon wrote "The world isn't ready for this one!!!. What if it were your ancestors? I could never be racist because i treat people how i want to be treated. When U see things through the eyes of other people, sometimes the message resonates"

Writer and director, Resteghini is known for directing music videos including Pitbull, Akon and Ice Cube

The official tag of the movie is "You stole our freedom, now we stealyours" as the film is releasing at a time when race relations are at an all time high in America given the death of George Floyd and other black americans.

The controversial film has alraedy divided youtubers with 16,000 likes and 24,000 dislikes

The movie will on streaming platforms July 1, 2020

Sounds awesome. I love alternate history stories. There was a movie like this but in modern day called White Mans Burden

And I read a novel once set in a very similar setting to this movie. Called Lions Blood. I bet the maker of this movie read Lions Blood

I dont know. There has been an argument throughout history by those who enslave others that the enslaved would do the same if given the chance.

Im just not sure what point theyre trying to make, other than to rile people up, who admittedly may deserve to be riled.

It actually could have made a good point and gotten through to a handful of people if theyd approached it more gently. Like they did with White Mans Burden. Hardly a game changer, but I bet it gave a handful of people a bit more perspective at least.

Remember when white people were mad about Get Out?

I was a little disappointed when I found out the film would have racial themes. The first trailer didn't suggest anything beyond the girl's family being crazy. My first reaction was that it was nice to have a Black protagonist, with a White girlfriend, in a horror movie and for race not to be a factor in the narrative.

Needless to say, I knew nothing of Jordan Peele at the time.

Yeah thats absolutely terrible

but that said I dont want to sound insensitive but I dont really care much about my ancestors. Mine were poor and its awesome That my family is where we are now thanks to their sacrifice but dont want justice for my great great grandfather being killed by white business owners. The people who did that are dead and I never knew him I can only be thankful for how hard he worked to get me where I am and respect his sacrifices.

Don't get me wrong, it's probably for the best the filmmakers behind Get Out took the route that they did.

But sometimes Hollywood needs to focus on race and sometimes Hollywood needs to let people be people. We need films like Get Out, but we also need films like Focus. (But in other genres as well.)

I'd still like to see a horror film like A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Exorcist, Saw, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Shining, Friday the 13th, etc. where the protagonist is Black (possibly with a White wife or girlfriend) and race never gets mentioned in the film.

the only thing I don't agree with is the name or them saying the title of the film in the movie.
(I am not offended by the word but I am unsure if gamefaqs allows us to say it or not)

that word wouldn't mean anything or have the same meaning in that movie's world. the word comes from white people cracking whips on black people. it is entirely based on the fact white people were in power. why would they say that word in this movie's world? it makes no sense. there would be some other word used.

This is gonna ruffle some feathers lol
