I'm thinking about this one:
https://smile.amazon.com/Sceptre-E225W-19203R-Speakers-AmazonBasics-High-Speed/dp/B07Z284C6W/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1

I won't be playing the latest games. I might play Diablo 3 though.

It depends. but if its for nothing specific that price is fine.

I have a 1080p curved Samsung monitor that's like 4 years old and still is the best monitor I've ever owned. I think it was like between $200 and $300 when I bought it.

I own 3 of these bad boys. Built-in speakers, too.

Decent enough to browse the web and play diablo 3. I'm more worried about durability than anything else. I don't want dead pixels showing up within a few years.

You can do a flicker test - you just play flashing random colours for like 10 hours to break in your monitor. If you see more than, IIRC, 3 dead pixels you can return in automatically via manufacturers warranty. (depends on company)

That aside: I've never had a dead pixel on an ASUS or ACER product, 1 pixel (which I named bill) on my 3DS and a whopping 10'000 or so on a used SHARP
