If this card is in your graveyard, remove 2 spirit monsters from your graveyard to add this card on top of your deck
You can use each of this card effects once per turn.

Needs a cost since it easily allows you to go +1 or more every turn.

Also, with the resolution of effect 2, there could be some loops created with cards that have to deal with special summoned things from leaving the field, so the problem solving text needs to be further refined to determine the resolution of such things.
