There's no evidence yet, only an accusation. What should be the first response of the company?




They dont know whos telling the truth yet.

The top two options would likely piss off the accused, the bottom two options would likely piss off the accuser.

Tough call.

I just had a false complaint made against me at work, and it's infuriating to say the least that no one even cared when I explained what actually happened. They made me write an apology, which I'm surprised I haven't gotten yelled at for, considering I mansplained the hell out of it and intentionally didn't use the words "sorry," or "apologize."

Unfortunately, whoever complains is the winner in corporate America.

It depends on the severity of the accusation, but immediate firing is bad outside of the most horrendous of circumstances.
