Start writing in a journal... Seriously.
I started doing it when I was 19 and I look back on memories from that point of being a late teen into my early 20s and I realize how far Ive come as a person and all the lessons and mistakes I had to endure and learn from. Seriously... Go buy a journal and some good pens ASAP and start writing every day... I recommend this to literally anyone no matter how young or old you are. PS Happy Birthday!
