OK, so millions of years from now there's some galaxy out there somewhere, right?

Let's call it Galaxy Prime. In this Galaxy Prime far in the future, they'll have records of events that transpired eons ago (our time) in other areas. The Star Wars films are presented from their perspective, so "a long time ago" to them, is our present.
