doesn't look too bad because in here we have stew made with milk (usually coconut milk, but i tried it using regular cow milk and it works too) and meat and herbs

If you think about it Alfredo pasta is basically Milk reduced with corn starch over noodles. If milk is boiled and left watery over noodles that would be nasty

This reminds me of that boiling steak topic.

Seems fine. People make soup with milk all the time. Potato soup, cream of mushroom, clam chowder, broccoli cheddar, asian curries, creamy tom yum, etc.

Alfredo is butter, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. It is not the same thing.

cheese? I think you can also use a light acid like lemon juice to separate the whey and cheese.

and the butter the other guy wants for his traditional Alfredo can be made just by whipping the shit out of whole milk for 10 minutes with a stand mixer

Sounds pretty good. Makes me wonder if it would work well with chicken instead of sausage.

That actually sounds pretty good. Ive never tried it with ramen, but coconut milk in some beef dishes works well, as weird as that might sound.
