In the longer video, the cop shoves her face in the sand and she gets a mouth full of it. She turns her head and spits it out. The officer claimed she spit in his face and that's why he punched her. The girl knew she was fucked and wasn't going to win a case against cops in Wildwood NJ. It's a completely conservative town. The judge, attorneys, police, mayor are all friends. Also, our whole town was on the cops side. They were even searching him out to thank him and take pictures with him. People found out who she was and were sending her threats. Her family vacationed here for decades and they don't even want to come back anymore because they're afraid.

Just watched that video and the girl didn't touch him until he was charging at her saying he was going to drop her.

The face punches were necessary. There are multiple officers there to arrest her but that doesnt mean the face punches arent necessary. The police are trained to their job. If the punches werent necessary then the officer wouldnt have done it.

Did you watch the same video that I did? This chick was being very evasive, wouldn't give her last name, told the cops to wait for her aunt. Try to tell the cops the alcohol laws. (And no....minors can not transport unopened containers so she's wrong there.) Cop threatens to put the cuffs on her and she goes belligerent and tries to leave. Cops take her down. She was calming that she was being choked, the cops didn't have their arms around her neck.

Google positional asphyxiation. Something the cop should know and probably doesn't. When someone's heart is racing and adrenaline is going, if you throw them to the floor and immobilize them, they can't breathe
