Its always hit or miss on if their beef is still good at this hour. Sometimes you can tell its been sitting in the meat tray for hours and its just inedible at that point. Can you request fresh cooked beef?

I wouldn't count on it LOL. Granted it was 12 years ago i worked there but we didn't cook to order. I ran grill 90% of the time and whenever the sandwhich makers ran out of any thing then i cooked it. I doubt much has changed, I've gotten dry burgers many times including the quarter pounder,same with the grilled chicken.

Not in any of the McDonald's I've been to or worked at. From what I recall, the only thing they always make fresh is the round egg that's in the Egg McMuffin. Scrambled eggs are kept in a tray, as are all the various meats. Hell the hotcakes are frozen and just microwaved for 30 seconds <_<

I don't usually have issues at my local store, but awhile back I ordered on the way home from work (about 1:30 in the morning) and didn't check it before driving home. Got home and the burger was super stale so I looked at the grill slip on the wrapper and it said 10:45 PM. Was none too pleased.

But yeah, this is the unfortunate truth. Those "best by" time stickers on the apple pies and parfaits? So many times have I seen them taken in the back and have new stickers just replace the old ones lol. Tons of stuff sits out way longer than it should.
