Lately, my knees hurt. I make a six mile trip daily, but it's not like mailman are all troubled by their knees when making rounds. I should figure something out.

@guide try getting custom foot support arcs and better running shoes. My knees used to hurt because i would walk funny but now with dese all my knee pain is gone

Today was a shitty for me, it is an early shift, which I always hate. ((Which is also an extra hour 9 then the other days))
I took melatonin for sleep but woke up 12 mins before I had to work. My job now sucks on many days, today was no exception. It was a sunday with a pain the ass supervisor. Only one cutty came in. Then later in the day, my stomach went south, and I trough up at work...that is probably due to the Melatonin. If I don't sleep all the way through a Melatonin sleep it ofter upsets my stomach. And then a few times once I got home. It's still off but I think the barfing has stopped. And now I am just tired, but if I go to sleep too soon I will wake up too early. ~So, ya fuck today. State of the world. Civil unrest. COVID-19 starting to spike again. Can't work, can't go out, can't drink as long as I'm on SDI and increased meds. The world is falling apart, and all I can do is watch it happen and try to distract myself with what few vices I have left.
