Was the gentleman who got shot sleeping in his car as it was sitting at a drive through queue, or was the car parked?

it doesnt matter either way, I am just curious. The outcome is just as unacceptable, I am just wondering about the level of evil of the Karen (s) who called the cops on him

This is what I was afraid of. In a way he was doing the right thing: he realized he had a little too many, pulled over, parked his car and then Karen decided he shouldnt be in her joint.

He was not parked, you can clearly read the details that multiple people called because their cars were blocked in and others had to move around him

Shouldn't cops be trained to handle unruly sleeping people? Pretty soon it'll be a law to sleep in a straight jacket that's strapped to a bed because regular ol sleep like our grandma's used to do is clearly too dangerous.

Its fucking stupid and they need to protect themselves as well as the other people in that drive thru. No it isn't. They will arrest you for it most likely, but they aren't required. The only time cops are required to make an arrest is in domestic violence cases where they can clearly see there was an injury, and even then that's only in certain areas.
